VENUE RENTAL OPTIONS

If you don’t see an option that suits your needs, please get in touch so we can discuss customizing a rental option for you.

Catered Private Event

  • Corporate event, fundraiser, wedding

  • 3-Midnight, minimum 4 hour booking

  • Full-kitchen included & Plated Meal Service

  • You design & create your own event, including rentals

Private Event

  • Private party, Surprise Party, Product Launch, Dinner Party

  • 6-Midnight, minimum 4 hour booking

  • Use of kitchen - family style or buffet

  • You design & create your own event (no rentals)

Workshop, course or class (half-day and full day rentals)

  • 3 hour minimum (half day) and 5 hour minimum (full day)

  • Use of kitchen for simple luncheon only

Kids Birthday Party

  • 3 hour booking (30 min- prep, 2 hour party, 30 min clean)

  • Pizza & Cake/Cupcakes (or similar) - To be brought in

Photo or Film Studio Venue Rental

  • Minimum 4 hours (kitchen not included)

BOOKING NOTES:

  • All rates are effective January 1st, 2024. Our space is WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - no step in and an accessible gender neutral bathroom on the main floor

  • Tentative Booking: To make a tentative room booking fill out our inquiry form above and we’ll email you back at our earliest convenience.

  • Payment Options: We accept credit card or PayPal. You will receive a payment link with your invoice.

  • Parking:  We are nestled in an industrial/residential area, there is limited parking - more available in evening/weekend.

  • Kitchen and Amenities: Kitchen use is $50 + HST/hour (if not included in your chosen rental). We have a full kitchen with stove, over, microwave, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Our kitchen has casual dinnerware, glasses, cutlery, serving & cooking materials. We have two single gender neutral bathrooms.

  • Are you planning to serve alcohol at your event? No problem, you can easily get a special event license from AGCO HERE and be sure to let us know you plans in advance.

  • Furniture: All furnishings can be moved, we just ask that you return them to how you found the Studio when your event is over. Additional furnishing - tables, chairs, high tops can be rented.

  • Free WIFI is available throughout The Unity Studio for visitors. 

  • All renters will sign a rental agreement prior to their event
