Then we flow into an open, un-facilitated drum circle where creativity, improvisation, and good vibes reign supreme. Every heartbeat, tap, and shake is welcomed in this free-flowing rhythmic experience. Bring your drum, rattle, shaker, or simply your presence. Let intuition lead. Bring your energy.
