Unity Sings is a soulful 8-week singing series designed to help you reconnect with your voice and your heart — all within a loving, supportive community.
No experience is necessary — just bring your breath, your presence, and your willingness to explore.
Co-facilitated by the radiant duo Ciara Adams and Rufus Glassco, this series offers a powerful space to experience the joy of singing in harmony, the healing resonance of sound, and the beauty of authentic connection. Whether you're a seasoned vocalist or simply curious to lift your voice, you'll find a safe, welcoming circle where everyone belongs.
Each week begins with a gentle group warm-up led by Ciara, including accessible vocal techniques, breathwork, and body-awareness tools — all designed to help you feel more confident, expressive, and at ease in your body & voice.

Singing in community is a powerful medicine. It releases endorphins, reduces stress, and strengthens emotional resilience. Group singing brings a sense of unity, joy, and deep belonging. It calms the nervous system, connects us to each other, and raises the vibrational frequency of our shared space — helping us feel more alive, balanced, and free.

🎤 Meet Your Facilitators
Ciara Adams
A classically trained vocalist, sound healer, and educator, Ciara blends 23 years of professional experience with deep emotional and spiritual insight. Her journey from operatic stages to emotionally integrated voice work weaves Celtic roots, mindfulness, and vocal freedom into a truly holistic approach to sound.
Rufus Glassco
A trilingual sound guide, musician, and founder of Sound Benefits, Rufus brings years of experience in drum circles, sound healing, forest bathing, and sacred singing. His approach helps people reconnect with their natural rhythm, release tension, and awaken harmony — inside and out.
Together, Ciara and Rufus create a transformative space where your voice is welcome and your spirit is celebrated.
